Hey there, handsome! We know that beauty blogs can often be overly focused on women - so this one is for the men out there.
Here are our 5 top tips for keeping it classy:
Ditch the 5-in-1
If there is only one thing you take away from this blog PLEASE make it be this:a 5-in-1 is not some magical product that is $2 and offers you the best of all worlds. Instead it is a devil product selling you lies, drying out your hair, and harming your luscious locks.
Fun fact: much of male hair loss is not genetic, it is actually caused by ROUTINE - so to keep your hair looking full and great, you need to build a good hair care routine! If you are unsure where to start, ask your stylist or come in for a free consultation.
Use conditioner
Shampoo cleanses hair and opens the cuticle, conditioner hydrates the hair and closes the cuticle. Without conditioner, the hair cuticle stays open which isno beuno - so use conditioner. Bonus: if you don't have a lot of hair, you won't use a lot so it will last for a long time!
Learn to style your hair
Learning which products work for you and learning how to style your hair can make a big difference in how your hair looks day to day, and it can also extend the life of your haircut. When you know how to work with your hair, you can keep it looking fresh longer!
Find a stylist + stick with them
When you find a stylist you like - stick with them. This is a super easy tip, however the key to it is to pre-book your next appointment(s) to make sure you get on their schedule so you can keep seeing them.
Skin care is foreveryone
Everyone. Including you. And your friends.
It doesn’t have to be complicated, either. Start out finding yourself acleanser, moisturizer, andSPF! Your skin will look 10/10, and if you wear SPF you’ll avoid sun damage, premature ageing, and wrinkles in the future too.
